Water Tanks & Swimming Pools

During construction, water tanks and swimming pools are typically cast in multiple stages—not in a single slab pour. For example, the floor is cast first, followed by the walls in 1-meter or 3-feet stages depending on the total height. This results in concrete joints between old and new pours.

We use two main methods for waterproofing retaining walls:
* Cold joints * Honeycomb joints To prevent leakage at these vulnerable points—especially corners and slab-to-wall junctions—we provide high-pressure grouting services. Each tank is unique and requires a customized solution based on its structure and strength requirements. We offer two types of grouting: 1. Cementitious Grouting – Standard and effective for most projects. 2. UP Grouting – Recommended only for severe leakage cases due to its higher cost and specialized nature. Once grouting is completed, we inspect for leakage. If no issues are found, we proceed with: * Removing all dust and loose particles * Applying mesh * Applying a multi layered waterproofing coat system for long term protection
